🚗 Parking

Parking availability varies by venue, but we strongly recommend planning ahead.

  • On-site parking may be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Nearby public garages and street parking options will be listed closer to the event date

  • Rideshare drop-off zones will be clearly marked at the entrance

  • Arrive early to avoid peak entry traffic

🛡️ Security

Your safety is a top priority at SuperHero Con.

  • All attendees will pass through bag checks and security screening

  • Security staff will be present throughout the venue

  • Prohibited items will be confiscated at entry points

  • Any disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the event safe and fun for everyone.

🎒 Allowed Items

To ensure a smooth entry process, please follow these guidelines:

Allowed:

  • Small backpacks and crossbody bags

  • Phone chargers and battery packs (personal use only)

  • Water bottles (sealed or empty refillable bottles, depending on venue policy)

  • Cosplay costumes and soft accessories

Not allowed:

  • Weapons (real or replica metal weapons)

  • Large props that may obstruct walkways

  • Glass containers

  • Illegal substances or alcohol

🦸 Costume Props

Cosplay is encouraged, but safety rules apply.

  • Foam, cardboard, and lightweight plastic props are allowed

  • Props must be non-functional and non-threatening

  • No sharp edges, metal blades, or projectiles

  • Oversized props may require inspection at entry

  • Staff may ask you to remove or modify props that are deemed unsafe

If you’re unsure, plan to bring a safe alternative version of your prop.

SuperHero Con is committed to an inclusive experience for all guests.

  • ADA-compliant entrances and restrooms will be available

  • Accessible seating and viewing areas will be designated

  • Service animals are permitted in accordance with venue policy

💸 Refunds

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis

  • If the event is postponed or canceled, ticket holders will be notified of options

  • We do not offer refunds for missed attendance or schedule conflicts
